Yes, our venue comes equipped with a private washroom (and very clean) for your convenience.

Our space is equipped with a smart lock, and all access is managed remotely and done using a unique PIN.
While no assistance will be provided on site, rest assured that we will offer all the information you need prior to ensure a smooth and seamless experience on your day of visit.

Yes. To help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, KEI Studio is a no-shoe venue.
Guests are kindly required to remove their footwear at the 1st level before heading up to the studio.

Absolutely! You are welcome to customise and rearrange the space to suit your event, workshop, photoshoot, or creative vision.
We encourage you to make the space your own and set it up in a way that best fits your needs.
Before the end of your booking, please return all furniture, decor, props, and fixtures to their original positions.

Vaping or smoking within the premises is strictly prohibited.
If any evidence of smoking is found, including but not limited to scent or residue, the entire security deposit will be forfeited.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages!
Please note that you are responsible for cleaning up within your booked hours. This includes packing up leftovers, disposing of waste, and restoring the space to how it was handed over to you.

Yes! We work with a selection of trusted catering partners and are able to offer exclusive partner rates on selected catering menus.

Decorations & Styling

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own decorations, or engage your own decorators.
To help us keep the venue in its best condition for all guests, please note that sticking or pasting anything onto the walls or floors is strictly prohibited โ This includes all forms of adhesives such as blue tack, tape, command strips, hooks, stickers, decals, and similar products.
We also kindly ask that guests refrain from using confetti, party poppers, glitter, wax candles, smoke effects, powder materials, or other difficult-to-clean items within the venue.
Any stains, residue, damage, or additional cleaning required may incur additional charges.

Kindly note a full upfront payment is needed to confirm a booking.
*The security deposit is generally refundable upon a satisfactory handover of the space within 14 days after your booking, provided there is no breach of any terms or guidelines.

The maintenance fee is a fixed charge that contributes to the studio's general upkeep and sanitation before and after every booking. This includes professional cleaning, restocking essentials, and ensuring the space and amenities are ready for you to enjoy.
To help us maintain the venue for all guests, we kindly ask that the space be returned in the original condition as it was handed over to you, at the end of your session.
This includes:
Returning all furniture, equipment, and props to their original positions
Clearing general mess (such as confetti, balloons, food crumbs, party dรฉcor, or leftover props)
Clearing all external decorations and materials brought in for your session
Wiping up any spills or stains
Disposing of all trash
Cleaning after your pet(s)
Please note that the maintenance fee does not cover resetting the space or clearing guest-related mess on your behalf. You are required to tidy up before the end of your session so that our team can carry out standard cleaning efficiently.
Any additional cleaning or repair work required may incur additional charges.

Please factor in setup, event duration, teardown, and cleanup within your booked hours, and plan all arrangements accordingly โ This includes the arrival and departure of any vendors, decorators, caterers, photographers, etc.
All access to the venue will only be provided from the start of your booked hour, and the venue must be vacated by the scheduled end time.
If you arrive later than your scheduled booking time, your booking will still end at the original scheduled end time.
Should you require additional time, please check with us early for availability.
Extensions are subject to venue availability and additional charges may apply.

Access to the venue will only be provided from the start of your booked time slot.
As your booking duration should include setup, event time, teardown, and cleanup, we recommend allocating sufficient time when making your booking.
If you require additional setup time before your booking starts, please reach out to us in advance. Early access may be possible subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Extension without Prior Approval
An overtime charge calculated at 1.5x of the base hourly rate will be applied if the space is not fully vacated within 10 minutes past your end booking time, regardless of reason.
Extension with Prior Approval
The extension rate will be calculated on a 30-minute basis according to the base hourly rate confirmed during booking.

Cancellation Policy
More than 60 Days from event date: 100% refund (excluding deposit)
30-60 Days Before from event date: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
Less than 30 days before from event date/ No-show: No refund
Do note that the security deposit is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation.
