    To arrange a viewing, please let us your preferred date and time (Monday-Friday, 12:30pm-7pm) to schedule a visit via any of the following options:

  • Located at the 2nd level of a shophouse, access to the space is via a flight of stairs.

    Please consider this when planning your visit, especially if you are bringing equipment or have mobility concerns.

  • Our space is located centrally with walking distance to multiple parking options (over 100 nearby lots), with the nearest parking space just 50m away from the premises. 

  • Yes! We provide in-house photography services upon request, ranging from events, studio portraits, to fashion lookbooks and more.

Studio Usage

  • For a full list of what’s provided along with the space, you may refer to our list of equipment, amenities, and facilities here.

    All equipment, props, and amenities listed are included in your booking with no additional charges (unless otherwise stated).

    Our space also offers:

    • Proximity to eateries, cafes, restaurants, and shopping malls

    • Easy access to Supermarket & Convenience Store

    • Walking distance to multiple carparks

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages!

    Please note that you are responsible for cleaning up after your event. This includes packing up leftovers, disposing of waste, and restoring the space to how it was handed over to you.

    We recommend that you allocate sufficient time for setting up and packing up within your booked hours — Additional charges will apply for any time used before or beyond your confirmed booked hours.

    There is no corkage fee for bringing your own alcohol.

  • Absolutely! You are welcome to customize the space to fit your vision for your event or creative needs.

    Whether it’s rearranging furniture or adding props, we encourage you to make the space your own.

    Note: Please return the furniture, fixtures, and decors back to their original positions by the end of your booking. Failure to do so may result in a partial forfeiture of the security deposit for restoration.

  • Yes, our space comes equipped with a private washroom (and very clean) for your convenience.

  • Smoking within the premises is strictly prohibited. If any evidence of smoking is found, including but not limited to scent or residue, the security deposit will be forfeited.

  • Our space is equipped with a smart lock, and all access is managed remotely and done using a unique PIN.

    While no assistance will be provided on site, rest assured that we will offer all the information you need prior to ensure a smooth and seamless experience on your day of visit.

  • The maintenance fee is a fixed charge that goes toward the space’s general upkeep and sanitation after every session — This includes things like deep cleaning, restocking supplies etc, and ensuring all amenities are ready for you to enjoy during your time at our space!

    As part of our handover procedure, we do ask that the space is returned in the same condition it was passed over to you (e.g. restoring furniture and setup to their original positions).

    In cases where handover requirements aren’t met, penalty charges may apply — More details can be found in our Studio Guidebook, which will be shared with you upon booking confirmation.

Booking

  • Events without Pets and/or Catering:

    • Venue Rental Fee for the date and time of your choice

    • Maintenance Fee of $20

    • Refundable Security Deposit of $150

    Events with Pets and/or Catering:

    • Venue Rental Fee for the date and time of your choice

    • Maintenance Fee of $50

    • Refundable Security Deposit of $300

    Kindly note a full upfront payment is needed to confirm a booking.

    The security deposit is generally refundable upon a satisfactory handover of the space within 14 days after your booking.

  • To ensure that subsequent bookings are not affected, your booking will still end as per your scheduled time.

  • Session Extension

    You may choose to extend the session (Please let us know in advance as this is subject to availability).

    The extension rate will be calculated on a 30-minutes basis per our base hourly rate.

    Extension without Approval

    An overtime charge will be applied if the space is not fully vacated at your end booking time, and will be calculated on a 30-minutes basis per the following:

    • $20 per 30 minutes (Weekdays)

    • $40 per 30 minutes (Weekends & PHs)

  • Cancellation Policy

    • More than 60 Days from event date: 100% Refund

    • 30-60 Days Before from event date: 50% Refund

    • Less than 30 days before from event date / no-show: No refund + $50 cancellation fee deducted from security deposit

  • Yes, we do! Refer a friend to KEI Studio and when they make a booking, enjoy an exclusive 10% off our studio rental and photography services each on your next visit.
