  • Here at KEI Studio, it’s all about the community and we support events or projects of all types and sizes.

    Whether it’s a special celebration, gatherings, content creation, pre-wedding shoots, or private workshops, our space is made to meet your specific needs!

    While we are open to most projects and events, we do have restrictions on any activities that may cause damage to the studio or violate local regulations. Please reach out to us if you're unsure about your suitability.

  • The studio can accommodate up to 50 guests comfortably.

    Please let us know your expected guest count when booking to ensure we can meet your needs.

  • Our studio is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring along your furry friends to enjoy the space with you!

  • Located at the 2nd level of a shophouse, access to the studio is via stairs. Please consider this when planning your visit, especially if you are bringing equipment or have mobility concerns.

  • The studio is located on the main street along a row of shophouses and there are plenty of parking spaces available nearby, with the nearest parking space just 50m away from the studio premise. 

  • Yes, we do provide in-house photography services upon request! Click here to view our works.

Studio Usage

  • Access to KEI Studio is managed remotely and done using a unique PIN. Upon confirmation of your booking, the access PIN will be sent to you 60 minutes prior to the start of your session.

    Please note that the access PIN will only be valid and usable during the session time specified in your booking.

    Rest assured that these are included in your booking at no additional cost.

  • Yes, the studio comes equipped with a private restroom (and very clean!) for your convenience.

  • Absolutely! You are welcome to customize the studio setup to fit your vision for your event or creative needs.

    Whether it’s rearranging furniture or adding props, we encourage you to make the space your own.

    *Please return the furniture and items back in their original position at the end of your booking

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring your own equipment to KEI Studio!

    Please ensure any equipment brought is safe and compatible with our facilities. If you have any special requirements, please check with us here.

  • Yes, of course! You are welcome to bring your own catering to the studio.

    Please note that you are responsible for cleaning up after your event. This includes packing up leftovers, disposing of waste, and leaving the space as it was found.

    We recommend that you allocate sufficient time for setting up and cleaning up within your booked hours — Overtime fees will apply if it extends beyond your booking session.

  • Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your booking time slot, as the studio may still be in use.

  • While refreshments are not included in your booking, you may find a wonderful selection of nearby cafes and eateries right below the studio, making it easy to grab something to enjoy during your session!

Booking

  • We don’t like surprises either. You can expect no unexpected fees: No extra per-person fees, no support fees.

    We don’t pile on extra fees for after-hours bookings and these rates stay the same no matter how many people join your session.

    We keep things straightforward with just a cleaning fee of $20 applicable on each booking. This fee helps to cover the cost of cleaning, upkeep, and maintaining equipments, prop, and overall environment for a flawless experience every visit.

  • To ensure that subsequent bookings are not affected, your booking will still end as per your scheduled time.

  • Cancellation 7 days or more in advance: full refund

    Cancellation within 7 days: booking is non-refundable

  • We understand that due to certain unforeseen circumstances, you may need to reschedule a booking with us.

    Rescheduling 7 days or more in advance

    You are allowed to 1 free reschedule in the event that the reschedule is made 7 days or more in advance from the appointment date.

    The rescheduled date must be within 1 week from the original appointment date, subject to studio availability. In the event that there is no available slot within the week from the original appointment date, a full refund will be issued.

    Rescheduling less than 7 days to the appointment date

    Any change in date and/or time made within 7 days of the appointment date will incur a reschedule fee of $50 per change.

    The reschedule fee will be waived if a valid proof of absence (e.g. medical certificate, emergency notices) is provided. Personal or private matters are not considered valid.

    The rescheduled date must be within 1 week from the original appointment date, subject to studio availability. In the event that there is no available slot within the week from the original appointment date, a full refund will be issued.

  • Session Extension

    You may choose to extend the session (Please let us know in advance as this is subjected to availability).

    The extension rate will be calculated by the hour at the studio rate calculated during checkout.

    Extension without Approval

    If you exceed your booking time without prior approval, an overtime charge will be applied at 1.5x of the studio rate calculated during checkout.

    Overtime charges will begin 10 minutes after the end scheduled time and will be calculated hourly.

    Please note that the full hour charge will apply even if the extension is only partially used (e.g. 30 minutes).

  • Yes we do!

    Refer a friend to KEI Studio and when they make a booking, both of you get to receive 1 free hour rental on your next visit.


    Note: The free hour is applicable for bookings with a minimum of 2 hours per session.
